A WooCommerce store for Robomatis, a Slovenia-based distributor of packaging and industrial equipment — battery-powered and manual strapping tools, stretch wrap systems, automatic packing machines and floor cleaners, sold across Europe. Built multilingual from the ground up with WPML to serve 18+ language markets. Beyond the storefront itself, the platform grew into a full operational system tying together AI content generation, CRM, invoicing, logistics-based pricing and a separate B2B quoting flow.
- AI-written product content: product descriptions, specifications and FAQ sections are drafted by AI (OpenAI) rather than written by hand for every one of the 18+ languages.
- Automatic AI translation: once the admin creates or confirms content in one language, the system translates it into every other supported language in the background — no manual re-entry per language.
- Dynamic language support: when a new language is added via WPML, the system automatically recognizes it and translates all existing and future product content into it, with no developer work required.
- Missing-translation detection: products with content in only one language are flagged in the admin dashboard, with a one-click button to have AI fill in the missing languages.
- AI-generated CE compliance documents: CE certificates are generated by AI in every supported language and attached automatically to the correct product.
- Theme-wide AI translation: a separate system translates the entire WordPress theme’s interface text automatically with AI (OpenAI), with no developer needed to add translation strings by hand.
- Manuals module: product manuals are attached per product, in every supported language.
- Specification documents module: downloadable specification documents are generated and attached per product, separate from the on-page specification text.
- How-to video mapping: a module that attaches the correct how-to and instructional videos to each product.
- Separate B2B quote system: a custom-built quote cart, entirely independent from the standard WooCommerce cart, with its own mini-cart widget and a custom checkout flow.
- Volume-based discount engine: pricing updates live as items are added to the basket, discounting automatically based on total quantity, and notifying the customer as the price changes.
- Two-way Zoho CRM sync: every quote created on the site is mirrored into Zoho CRM automatically, and vice versa.
- e-Računi invoicing integration: quote numbers are issued from the client’s e-Računi invoicing system rather than generated independently on the site.
- Three-way data reconciliation tool: since products already existed across Zoho, e-Računi and the site before this build, a custom sync tool compares all three systems, visually flags any product that’s out of sync in the admin dashboard, and lets the admin push or pull that product with one click.
- Distance-based service-fee calculator: for products that need on-site assembly, a fee is calculated automatically from the distance between the warehouse and the customer’s delivery address.
- Recurring maintenance billing: for products whose warranty requires periodic servicing (for example, a service visit every 12 months to keep a 24-month warranty valid), the system pre-charges the client on that schedule, priced by distance to the client’s site.
- Product relationship modules: compatible-products and recommended add-on modules surfaced on each product page.
